Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

Achieve the highest quality standards in micro-assembly and PCBA inspection, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.

  • Inspect incoming materials and components for conformity to specifications.
  • Monitor production processes, conducting tests and identifying defects promptly.
  • Perform final inspections of finished products to ensure shipment quality.
  • Record inspection results and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or relevant technical certification; background in electronics or quality control preferred.
  • At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in micro-assembly, SMT, or PCBA.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (IPC, ISO) and inspection tools; ability to read technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills and ability to work overtime when required.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
