Real Estate Investment Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to evaluate and execute real estate investment opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence, leading deal execution, and forging strategic partnerships with fund managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and perform due diligence on real estate investment opportunities
  • Lead deal execution and documentation
  • Assist the Chief Investment Officer in developing and maintaining new business partnerships with fund managers and developers
  • Perform extensive research, financial modelling, valuation, and other financial analysis
  • Prepare investor marketing materials and work closely with the business development team on investor engagement strategies
  • Monitor, manage, and track progress of existing mandates
  • Provide general support across investor marketing events, investor communication, product partner, and internal stakeholder engagement
  • Create and maintain proprietary databases
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, particularly in the real estate sector
  • 5-7 years of experience in real estate investing or corporate finance experience
  • Prior experience in the investment team of a reputable private equity real estate firm will be an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Singapore and international real estate markets and across the core plus, value add, and opportunistic space
  • Adept in financial modelling and possess a keen sense of numbers with excellent financial analysis skills
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Self-driven team player who is able to work independently and within a team environment to drive positive outcomes
  • Good university degree preferably in the area of finance, accounting, or real estate
  • Candidate will be required to compete for the relevant competency examinations needed for the appointment of an Authorised Representative

Gross monthly salary range: $6,000 - $8,000. Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.
