Job Title: Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our Marine Parade centre as a key member of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the overall performance and growth of the centre, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performances of the centre, ensuring seamless execution of strategic plans.
  • Lead and motivate supervisors to achieve targets set for their respective outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Embodiment of our organisation's Core Values, Ethos and Competencies, serving as a role model for team members.
  • Recruit, train and develop high-performing supervisors, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the performance of those under your charge, driving efficiency and effectiveness through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and positive branding of our centres, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure all customer complaints and feedback are handled professionally by the centre team, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of your plans, revising strategies and methods as needed to maximise impact.
  • Provide regular reports on centre performance, highlighting areas of strength and opportunity for improvement.
  • Discharge duties associated with your role as a manager, demonstrating expertise and dedication to organisational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior leadership position within a tuition or enrichment company, managing multiple outlets with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and management skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to teach Chinese language courses, facilitating cultural exchange and academic achievement.
