Job Title:

Centre Manager Marine Parade

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of a centre. This includes leading and managing supervisors to achieve set targets, guiding them in running their teams to provide excellent service to customers, and recruiting, training, and grooming supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a hands-on senior leadership position in a tuition or enrichment company, managing multiple outlets with a proven track record. Excellent communication and management skills are essential for success in this role.
