About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Management Operations Coordinator to join our team at Constellar Venues Pte Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our exhibition venues.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all technical staff and contractors comply with workplace safety regulations during repairs and maintenance.
  • Take charge of incidents from their initial stages until appointed personnel arrive.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency response plans, incident and crisis management, and business continuity procedures.
  • Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Site Incident Controller (SIC) in conducting fire drills, evacuation exercises, disaster exercises, tabletop exercises, and managing real incidents.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into reported incidents and submit incident reports by the end of each day.
  • Oversee the FCC's daily operations and supervise its employees.
  • Manage and operate building systems to achieve energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.
  • Ensure timely responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Be available to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum NITEC in M&E Engineering or Building Services related fields.
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Location: Expo
Estimated Salary Range:

S$40,000 - S$60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
