Business Development Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a business development specialist role. The ideal candidate will have strong business knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

About the Job:

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for promoting innovative training programs to educational institutions, supporting sales education consultants in achieving sales targets, project managing training programs from initiation to completion, collaborating with trainers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote innovative training programs to educational institutions
  • Support Sales Education Consultants in achieving sales targets
  • Project manage training programs from initiation to completion

Requirements:

  • Open to short-term contract work
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Media, or Multimedia
  • No prior job experience needed, entry-level welcome
  • Passionate about engaging and enriching youths
  • Education or sales industry experience an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
