Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a high-quality early childhood curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess children's learning and development, and use this information to inform teaching practices.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to share information about children's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate in Infant Care/Advance Certificate in early years (HCIC/ACEY)
  • LON: EY1/EY2
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
