Service Management Expert

The role involves leading incident and problem management efforts, ensuring rapid resolution of service disruptions across IT Support, Infrastructure, and Back-office Operations.

Maintenance of service standards, SLAs, and operational expectations requires close coordination with technical teams to deliver timely and accountable communication to stakeholders.

A strong understanding of systems processes and functionality is necessary, along with the ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.

This position demands a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills and qualifications include ITIL Foundation Certification, Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Banking preferred), and 1-2 years of experience in banking, audit, operational risk management, incident/problem management, or related IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead incident and problem management efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze incident root causes.
  • Contribute to continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and accountable communication.
  • Review and monitor IT intra-group outsourced service standards.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Banking preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking, audit, operational risk management, incident/problem management, or related IT roles.
