About the Role

This key position involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes in our wood-fired kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Ensuring impeccable presentation by dressing dishes before serving
  • Mastering wood-fire cooking techniques to bring out exceptional flavors and textures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment, prioritizing safety around the wood-fire station
  • Storing food and other items properly
  • Monitoring quality of ingredients and adhering to required standards
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders when necessary
  • Enforcing strict health and hygiene protocols and resolving any issues that arise
  • Guiding junior team members and training them on wood-fire cooking methods
