Job Description:

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract top talent, fostering a positive company image, and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Management: Manage the full cycle of recruiting process by designing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple channels.
  • Employer Branding Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
  • Talent Acquisition Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects, ensuring successful delivery of hiring goals and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment efforts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create content for recruitment marketing campaigns and lead and optimize recruitment marketing efforts on various platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing.
  • Proven experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
