Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our concrete products and providing technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular testing of concrete raw materials and products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures across the production process.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues at batching plants and customer sites.
  • Liaise with clients to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure production targets are met.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend coordination meetings to plan for concrete delivery and placement.
  • Educate staff and drivers on the importance of concrete quality control and handling best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance on-site regarding finishing techniques and protection of freshly cast concrete.
  • Inspect site equipment and recommend suitable materials and protective methods for large-scale pours.
  • Conduct mock-up tests and install monitoring devices to assess concrete quality in real-time.
  • Evaluate concrete conditions and advise on appropriate measures.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You should also have a good understanding of raw materials, hardware, electrical systems, and software development.

In addition, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
