Data Center Security Lead

A Regional Security Manager is needed to oversee the security operations of multiple data centers. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for physical security, as well as managing teams of security personnel.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Security Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive security plans that ensure the protection of company assets and infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of security professionals and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in leading large compliance programs.
- 7+ years of management experience with a focus on security operations.
