Role Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and efficient Beverage Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant / café.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with a 5-day roster, which includes working on weekends and public holidays. As a Beverage Specialist, you will be required to:
- Welcome and greet customers warmly and efficiently
- Develop good product knowledge and stay up-to-date on all menu items
- Confidently present the menu and make recommendations to customers
- Place orders through the point-of-sale system and ensure accurate delivery to tables
- Maintain a clean and organized service station at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant / café
