Job Title: Beverage Service Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our front-of-house team as a Beverage Service Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all prepared food and beverages meet our high culinary standards (Training will be provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our shop's cleanliness protocols and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
- Food Safety certification
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays
