We're looking for a talented Artistic Visionary to join our team and drive our social media presence forward. As an Artistic Visionary, you'll be responsible for conceptualising and developing creative ideas that captivate audiences across various social media platforms.


About the Role:

This role involves working closely with our team to expand WE's creative portfolio, creating Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content that pushes the boundaries of creativity. You'll also be expected to draw inspiration from content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, applying it in your client work or contributing to creative sprints at WE.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for social media platforms.
  2. Contribute to the expansion of WE's creative portfolio by creating Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content.
  3. Draw inspiration from content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, applying it in your client work or contributing to creative sprints at WE.
  4. Evolving the agency's capabilities in creative and data-driven storytelling.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A fresh graduate degree or a minimum of 6 months of internship experience in the design/creative industry.
  • Any experience in an agency environment will be a plus.
  • An excellent eye for design, attention to detail, and a desire for perfection.
  • A creative thinker and innovator with expertise in pop culture and emerging digital/social trends.
  • A keen interest in pushing the envelope of creative ideas in B2B industries (Tech / Healthcare / Sustainability) and the public sector.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Experience in editing content through modern mobile applications such as Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.
  • If art and design is your jam: Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • An enthusiastic understanding of digital trends and technologies.
  • Adept at multi-media storytelling via areas such as creative copywriting, scriptwriting, videography, motion graphics/FX, graphic design, illustration, UIUX design, or HTML/CSS.
