Job Details

You will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and operational excellence by:

  • Conducting laboratory tests and maintaining analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Preparing standards and reagents for testing to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Managing ISO documentation and SPC charts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training new staff and overseeing inventory control to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Supporting internal audits and QA activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.

We are looking for:

  • A diploma in Chemical or Science-related disciplines to provide a strong foundation in the subject matter.
  • Hands-on experience with instruments like ICP-MS and AAS to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and cleanroom protocols to understand industry best practices.
  • Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet business demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
