  • Operate frontend processes for hydrogen peroxide and utilities, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Receive and log raw materials in the inventory record, implementing efficient storage and tracking procedures.
  • Manage chemical discharge, sample collection, and related tasks, adhering to strict environmental regulations.
  • Monitor processes via DCS, LPC, and HMI systems, optimizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Record parameters on designated sheets, ensuring readings stay within specified ranges, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Use handheld equipment for operational activities, following established safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Follow QMS, EMS, and OHS procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and participate in regular training sessions to maintain proficiency.
