Job Opportunity: Healthcare Service Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Service Leader to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

The role will involve collaborating with the Development Secretariat and Hospital Planning Committee to establish the Biomedical Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project execution and quality standards align with the established programme.

  • You will conduct end-user briefings, define operations requirements for the hospital's biomedical systems, and collaborate with technology partners to design and implement BME systems.
  • You will also lead the development and review of related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To achieve success in this role, you must possess:

  • A recognised degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption, and process methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders in a dynamic organisation.
