Job Title:

Patient Service Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth experience for all patients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist referrals
  • Handle patient payments and respond to enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage patient concerns and ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
  • Conduct health monitoring activities such as taking height/weight and blood pressure readings at designated Health Monitoring Stations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education:
  • A minimum of GCE 'N' level qualifications
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage but not compulsory
