Technical Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the development of our embedded technology stack. This individual will oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of firmware, middleware, and system software for high-performance multi-processor ARM-based systems.

  • Lead the integration of computer vision, deep learning models, radar signal processing, and embedded systems into efficient and scalable hardware solutions.
  • Ensure seamless middleware implementation for real-time inter-process communication, memory management, and low-latency execution on embedded platforms.
  • Develop and optimize Embedded Linux environments, including kernel modifications, device drivers, and system-level optimizations for high-performance computing.
Project Execution & Delivery

As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project ownership from concept to deployment. This includes managing technical challenges, scope, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, ML engineers) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and execution risks to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure the on-time and high-quality execution of engineering projects, implementing best practices in software and hardware development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A MS/MEng/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, middleware, and computer vision applications.
  • Strong expertise in C/C++, Python for real-time, low-latency applications in computer vision or signal processing.
  • Deep understanding of middleware frameworks, multi-core processing, inter-process communication, and Embedded Linux development.
