Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge technology that integrates AI, sensor fusion, and high-performance embedded computing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and optimization of embedded firmware, middleware, and system software for high-performance multi-processor ARM-based systems.

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive the integration of computer vision, deep learning models, radar signal processing, and embedded systems into efficient and scalable hardware solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, middleware, and computer vision applications
  • Strong expertise in C/C++, Python for real-time, low-latency applications in computer vision or signal processing
  • Deep understanding of middleware frameworks, multi-core processing, inter-process communication, and Embedded Linux development
  • Hands-on experience with ARM multi-core architectures, and real-time embedded systems
  • Strong expertise in firmware development, low-level device drivers, and kernel-space programming for Embedded Linux
  • Experience with radar signal processing, sensor fusion, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing complex hardware-software integration projects
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical details to both engineering teams and business stakeholders
