Our team is responsible for evaluating and assessing funding proposals, while supporting the overall operations of our programs.
">The role involves monitoring progress of projects, ensuring compliance with funding policies and guidelines, and assisting with strategy development to enhance effectiveness in funds administration.
">The job scope includes:
">Conducting assessments of funding proposals and monitoring project progress, working with community care partners to improve the impact of funded projects.
">Working with community care partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and scope proposals on developing and enhancing services, and building organisational capabilities to better serve seniors and clients.
">Analysing data to assess the impact of funded projects, identifying opportunities to develop resources to support community care partners at scale, and improving grant design and administration.
">Performing all administrative tasks required of the programme, including maintaining accurate documentation.
">Job Requirements:

- A degree, preferably in health or social sciences.">
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.">
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to learn about stakeholders' concerns.">
- A self-starter who is meticulous, adaptable to changes, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.">
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.">
- This role is on a 2-year contract, subject to renewal.">
