Café Service Associate

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our café team as a Service Crew member.
As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth café operations.
Main Duties:
- Greet customers and take orders at the counter or table
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and serving areas
- Handle cashiering duties using POS system
- Assist in basic preparation of food items (e.g. warming dishes, plating)
- Top up utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
- Support restocking and inventory checks
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders
- Assist with closing procedures (cleaning, stock count, etc.)
- Support events or festive sales setups
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as a team to ensure great customer experience
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays
- Positive attitude and team player
- Prior F&B experience is a plus but not required
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
