Café Service Associate

The Café Service Associate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages according to industry standards. This role requires a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications
- Take customer orders and handle payments using the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating area to meet health and safety guidelines
- Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure optimal service levels
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to maintain a positive reputation
- FOLLOW HYGIENE, SAFETY, AND QUALITY CONTROL GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF COFFEE PREPARATION TECHNIQUES
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND IMPROVE SKILLS IN A TEAM-BASED SETTING
- PREFERABLY PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A CAFÉ OR FOOD AND BEVERAGE (F&B) SETTING
