Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing and managing integrations between existing SaaS products and in-house tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

 

You will work closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements. This role is based in Singapore but will oversee the region to ensure consistency in strategic technological rollouts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrations between existing SaaS products and in-house tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to align with the product vision, roadmap, and overall strategy.
  • Understand business objectives and user behavior to propose impactful product initiatives and optimizations that drive key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computing.
  • Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodology.
  • Critical thinker with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
