Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the cards domain to lead a regional project. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the cards domain and multi-market operations. They will possess strong knowledge of card products, payment systems, customer experience, and regulations.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop business analysts involved in the program across regions.
  • Regional Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure project alignment with regional strategies.
  • Cards Domain Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of credit, debit, ATM, and prepaid cards to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Requirements Gathering & Management: Oversee the collection and analysis of business requirements across regions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison among business units, product management, IT, and partners.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Work with IT and product teams to design and implement digital solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to re-engineer processes using digital tools for efficiency.
  • Change Management: Develop strategies for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor project success and drive continuous improvement.
