Early Childhood Teacher Position

This is an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified teacher with expertise in early childhood education who can deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development theories and be able to apply them in a classroom setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Supervise and mentor support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote open communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum frameworks and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment.

Other Information
