Early Years Teacher Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years teacher to lead our preschool in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

  • Maintain high standards of service delivery in accordance with our school's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate attendance and reporting records are kept up-to-date.
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Develop effective strategies to promote student participation and learning.
  • Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Cordinate interventions and support students who require additional help.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement goals and progress monitoring strategies.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of student progress and development.
  • Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with best teaching methods and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Early Years teacher.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
