Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Support the sales team in processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and process invoices, and coordinate with vendors for delivery and pick-ups.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the Direct Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or FMCG environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheet.
