Master Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our production bakery in Tai Seng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sourdough products and contributing to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a commitment to excellence. You will work collaboratively with our Executive Chef and team to plan daily and weekly production, measure and mix ingredients precisely, shape products by hand, and maintain attention to detail throughout the process.

- Measure and mix ingredients precisely, following recipes to maintain quality
- Shape products by hand with care and consistency
- Maintain an eye for detail across all stages of the process: mix, proof, shape, bake
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow of the bakery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of professional baking or pastry experience, OR 2 years of culinary experience
- A professional, positive attitude - a can-do spirit
- Deep passion for baking and genuine curiosity to learn
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Some experience working with sourdough is preferred — if not, we'll train you if you've got the passion
