DBS Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP, Team Lead, Credit Operations, Consumer Banking Group, Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit operations professionals and overseeing the end-to-end credit operations workflow for consumer banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of credit operations professionals to deliver high-quality services to business units and external customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operation manuals.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant credit loan operations experience in financial institutions.
- Experience leading a team will be highly desirable for this role.
- Sound knowledge of consumer banking products and services, as well as end-to-end operation workflows.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage operations.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time.
