Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management team in setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management.
  • Implement centre programs, initiatives, and events, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
  • Manage and optimize centre resources, including rostering, inventory management, and controllable expenses.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, with accurate records of their progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to carry out duties and maintain good communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of exposure in a supervisory role, such as Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy, with hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators.
