We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Payroll Accountant to oversee the daily operations of Crew Accounts section within Marine HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of crew payments, managing related accounts functions.
  • Review and process monthly ships' accounts for assigned vessels and export monthly portage bills.
  • Assist in Cash to Master arrangement and conduct Master's briefing on ships accounts reporting.
  • Compile and review reports, including Victualling & Slopchest report and Special allotment administration.
  • Process Radio Invoices for Approval and prepare journal entries and payment.
  • Crew pension calculation, claims, and redemption upon request.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in the shipping industry.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – spoken and written English.
  • A team player with hands-on and meticulous work approach, delivering within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel application.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion advantageous.
