### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Lecturer in Optometry. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of optometrists.

### Key Responsibilities

* Teach and facilitate learning in optometry courses, ensuring students receive a comprehensive education in the field
* Conduct industry or consultancy projects to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools
* Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and innovation in teaching and research

### Requirements

* Be a registered and fully licensed Optometrist with the Optometrists & Opticians Board
* Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience in optometry
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and learning, with a passion for mentoring and guiding students
