About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Lecturer in Opticianry. As a Lecturer, you will play a critical role in recognising and nurturing your students' potential and their lifelong learning needs.
About the Job:
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and facilitating learning in our Opticianry programme. You will also carry out industry or consultancy projects to help you remain relevant in your profession and to evolving changes in industry. Additionally, you will maintain strong linkages with industry and schools, and have the opportunity to have industry attachments or experience on a regular basis to update your skills, knowledge and practices of your profession.
Requirements:
We are looking for a registered and fully licensed Optometrist with Optometrists & Opticians Board and at least 3 years of relevant working experience. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
