Senior Digital Content Specialist

As a skilled Desktop Publishing (DTP) specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all digital files meet our high standards. This includes meticulously reviewing artworks, amendments, and colour proofs to guarantee their accuracy and quality.
- Review and verify the accuracy of all digital files received from customers.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on artworks, amendments, and colour proofs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and work to exceed them whenever possible.
- Provide expert solutions to customer-related problems with artworks.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and ensure the readiness of print feasibility files, casting of plates, and accurate image placement before press time.
- Maintain organized records and safely store all files in both physical and digital formats.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience working as a DTP Artist in Offset Printing and possesses strong proficiency in DTP skills, including checking and editing artworks. They should also have expertise in using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office software. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also beneficial.

- Experience in DTP and knowledge of colour separations is highly desirable.
- Able to start work immediately is an asset.
- Proficient in reading and writing Chinese to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
