Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and review marine claims and insurance policies to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Draft reports on policy liabilities with recommendations to stakeholders
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
• Manage claims recoveries with third parties to minimize losses
• Prepare and process policy documents, applications, and related paperwork with attention to detail
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
• Prior experience in cargo claims will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation
