Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement daily class activities, lesson plans, and programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and manage student behaviour, addressing any disciplinary issues promptly and in accordance with centre policies.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing their social-emotional skills and positive values.
- Build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions for students with specific needs or challenges.
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Student Care Facilitator/Teacher in a school-based Student Care Centre.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
