We are seeking an Office Management Professional to join our team at JAPAN AIRLINES CO., LTD. Singapore Branch. As an Administration - executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
Key responsibilities include planning and organizing company events, assisting in employee engagement activities and internal events, managing internship students from Japan and their related scholarship matters.
You will also be responsible for managing and organizing daily office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency, handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements for this position include at least 3 years of work experience, a diploma or higher, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A good command of English, both written and spoken, and a passion for the aviation industry are essential for this role.
