Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager / Test Manager / Delivery Manager in Payments Technology
  • Technical lead or Test Manager role for at least 4 years for a full life cycle of application design and development
  • Project Management / Test Management with PMP certification
  • Exposure to Payments Technology and knowledge of Global Payments Processing
  • Experience with multiple payments and cash management products
  • Strong Project Management skills with at least 6+ years of PM experience working within a Global (time zone separated) team
  • Good understanding of Banking domain and Project Management concepts
  • Experience with HPQC, JIRA, or other defect management tools
  • Experience in NFR testing, Test Automation, and Tools like QTP, LISA
  • Managed projects on different technology platforms and operating systems
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office Project and MS Office Tool Suite
  • Excellent presentations skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution
Good to Have:
  • PMO experience
  • Good knowledge in PL SQL and Unix Scripting, C, C++, J2EE, STRUTS, and any EAI
