- Notify clients of tender opportunities and ensure timely compliance.
- Verify awarded contracts and resolve discrepancies in the SAP system.
- Manage extensions for tenders and quotations.
- Distribute LOAs and contracts securely.
- Address post-tender queries and resolve invoice discrepancies for General Purchasing Organizations.
- Record quantities accurately in SAP and coordinate client agreement for invoice settlements.
- Handle permit applications and product recalls.
- Provide excellent customer service and address product/customer complaints.
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience in tender management roles.
