Job Description

The Operations Analyst role involves analyzing, optimizing, and improving operational processes. This includes collecting and analyzing data to support decision making, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on Operations KPIs, ensuring goals are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.
  • Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is required. Experience with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart is also necessary.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Insurance, or a related field is essential. Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics are a plus.
