Job Title: Process Enhancement Professional

The role of a Process Enhancement Professional involves driving process improvements across various manufacturing areas. This includes leading cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient processes, reducing costs and improving quality.

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tools, and shop floor tracking systems.
  • Oversee production operations while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and meeting production schedules.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in High Mix, Low Volume manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MATLAB, and Statistics Process Control is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
