Asia Sales Expansion Manager

We're on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our Business Development Team. This exciting opportunity will see you expanding NDI's presence in the Asian market.

  • You'll be responsible for sourcing leads according to NDI's goals, converting them into sound commercial deals, and ensuring continuous growth within their product portfolios.
  • Experience in the world of video products and the semiconductor market is highly valued.
  • As a Sales Manager for Asia, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  1. Converting a list of OEM, ODM and ISV targets into NDI licensees by sourcing leads or acting on leads generated by NDI's lead funnel, ensuring significant coverage across the licensees' product portfolios.
  2. Working alongside NDI's leadership team and Business Development team in defining the best go-to-market strategies to ensure growth in key segments.
  3. Collaborating with the legal team for sound commercial agreements.
  4. Adapting sales material as needed to communicate effectively NDI's value propositions to target accounts, influencing their decision to adopt NDI.
  5. Negotiating and closing licensing and partnership deals according to NDI's pricing strategies.
  6. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with both customers and key ecosystem partners to ensure the continuous adoption of NDI across product lines.
  7. Working in coordination with NDI's product and marketing teams to establish NDI as the clear leader of video over IP technology in the market, bringing insights from the field that can inform the roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  8. Attending trade shows across Asia and worldwide when needed.
  9. Working with NDI's Inside Sales, Sales Operations and support teams to ensure continuity.
