Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Activation Managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals/products, including Creator, Shopping, and Emerging Products and Communities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and product adoption goals.
  • Maintain an external market perspective and provide expert insights on industry trends, challenges, and evolving market needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global, Americas, and EMEA Product Activation counterparts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, relationship management, and change management.
  • Experience in leadership roles within a technology or media company.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, and impeccable business acumen.
