About the Role:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to forecast and plan material requirements based on demand and inventory levels.

  • Ensure all POs are aligned with internal requirements and pricing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain accurate records of supplier delivery schedules.
  • Track order confirmations and expected delivery dates.
  • Monitor supplier shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on delays, discrepancies, or urgent requirements.
  • Handle all related documentation such as PO filing, delivery orders, invoices, and GRNs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a purchasing, procurement or supply chain role.
  • Broad knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and negotiations skills.
  • Organize details-oriented, and able multitask in fast-paced environment.
