Manufacturing Technician Job Description

The role of a manufacturing technician involves assembling parts to products, performing final testing, and ensuring quality control. This position requires strong initiative and teamworking spirits, with the ability to work closely with teams in headquarters to ensure product standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts to products and perform final testing.
  • Troubleshoot and report issues according to company protocols.
  • Work closely with teams in headquarters to ensure product quality.
  • Provide suggestions to improve efficiency and quality.

Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and assisting in facility setup and maintenance.

Requirements for the Position:
  • Polytechnic diploma or equivalent majoring in mechanics, optics, electrical/electronics, or related fields.
  • Experience in assembly, testing, and cleaning of optical and electronic devices is an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills are required for daily interaction with colleagues in China.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel to headquarters in China when needed.
