We are seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality of assembly processes and ensuring that they meet the required standards.

  • The Assembly Quality Management Specialist will develop and implement quality management systems, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • They will work closely with suppliers to identify and resolve quality-related issues, and develop robust corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • The Assembly Quality Management Specialist will also review and approve assembly process flows, control plans, and other documents to ensure that they meet the required standards.

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs
  • Conducting regular audits
  • Working with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues
  • Reviewing and approving assembly process flows and control plans
">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in semiconductor supplier quality or process engineering
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor backend processes
  • Experience managing suppliers in a fabless or OSAT environment
  • Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF16949, AEC-Q100, APQP, PPAP)
