Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to set business objectives, develop employee growth plans, and optimize performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster strong relationships with employees and their representatives through open communication and cooperation.
  • HR Excellence: Ensure line managers understand HR best practices and can access relevant solutions efficiently.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute workforce strategies to support business requirements and staffing objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure reliable market data and drive business initiatives.
  • Culture Enhancement: Create a high-performing work culture that aligns with Nestle's business goals and values.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate special projects to achieve business objectives, coach and monitor project participants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as a Business Partner.
  • Exposure to CoE processes, such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Leading/Managing change in organizations.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with industrial relations exposure an advantage.
