Job Title: Radiology Department Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our radiology department as a coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department, including administrative tasks, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide administrative support in the radiology department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of radiological activities and outcomes
- Prepare and follow up on the outcomes of each Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) assessment attendance scheduled
- Collate and follow up on complete entries of the results of screening reads and assessments completed by the centre for the BSS project
- Prepare statistical reports of imaging, reading, and assessment activities completed for the BSS Project
- Prepare lists of cases for clinical pathology reviews, coordinating with relevant participants
- Follow up on no-show attendances and correspondences with clients or through BSS Project providers
- Maintain and update BSS Project stationery and materials available for screening, reading, and assessment activities
- Take and transcribe dictation of all radiological requests and records completed by the department
- GCE 'A' level/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Literacy in computer and office administrative skills - must include audiotyping
- Relevant experience in radiology department preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
